The purpose of the special services program is to provide financial assistance to members of the missouri council of the blind mcb and other legally blind citizens of missouri who demonstrate a financial crisis in the area of social need.

Missouri council of the blind goes virtual 64th annual convention agenda hosted by springfield service club of the blind board meeting thursday october 8 general session begins friday october 9 at 10 00 am and continues through saturday october 10 at 5 00 pm. The programs of rehabilitation services for the blind are offered without regard to sex age race color religion national origin or type of disability in addition to blindness. Students will participate in the distance learning program initiated in the spring for the first month of the academic school year at which time msb will reassess the situation and determine our next step.
